… a problem solver, connector, and creator working across Research, UX & Product, AI, and Data Science with almost 10 years of experience across Service Design, Experience Design, Customer Insights, Product Analytics, Product Management, and more recently AI Strategy and Data Science. Globally, I have helped 100s of individuals, and 10s of teams and businesses who are at thresholds and in transition to unlock the insights and actions that create success and move them to the next step—whether that’s building viable, useful, and usable solutions, products, and experiences or achieving career goals.

I’m always interested in learning, new and emerging technology, and when I grow up, I want to be a Professor. Also, my favourite colour is yellow.
