Cancellation policy

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of eBooks and self-paced online courses are final and non-refundable.
Accessing or downloading the digital content constitutes a waiver of the 14-day cooling-off period.

Career Clinic and any coaching sessions shorter than 60 minutes: Non-refundable. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. If you are more than 10 minutes late without any notice, the session will be cancelled and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
Career Mapping Session and any sessions 60 minutes or longer: Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance.
- 75% refund if cancelled 24–48 hours in advance.
- Non-refundable with less than 24 hours' notice. You may reschedule once.
- If you are more than 20 minutes late, the session will be cancelled and no refund or reschedule will be offered
Long-Term Programmes:
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, provided the first session has not taken place.
- If you choose to start the programme within these 14 days, and subsequently cancel, you will be refunded a prorated amount excluding a €30 administrative fee.
- Once the 14-day window has passed or the programme is significantly underway, no refunds are possible.

Full refund available up to 3 days before the programme start date.
If you purchase a seat less than 14 days before the start date, you agree that your right of withdrawal expires 3 days before the programme begins to allow for cohort administration.
Late Cancellations: Within 3 days of the start date, the fee is non-refundable as spots are limited and cannot be easily refilled.
Transfer: If you cannot make the dates, you may request to transfer your spot to the next available cohort if you notify me at least 48 hours before the first session.

Non-Refundable: Outside of the 14 day cooling off period, it is not possible to cancel. If you purchase a seat less than 14 days before the start date, the right of withdrawal does not apply
If you miss the live session, you will receive the recording and all associated materials and resources, fulfilling the service delivery.

Exceptional Circumstances: I understand that emergencies happen. In cases of sudden illness or family emergencies, please email me at [email protected] as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
Technical Issues: It is the client's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection. If a session is interrupted due to technical issues on my end, we will reschedule the remaining time at no additional cost.
