Cancellation policy

Policy: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of eBooks and self-paced online courses are final and non-refundable.
Legal Note: Accessing or downloading the digital content constitutes a waiver of the 14-day cooling-off period..

Quick Clarity Session and Personal Brand Clarity Session: Non-refundable. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. If you are more than 10 minutes late without any notice, the session will be cancelled and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
Strategic Deep Dive: Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance.
- 50% refund if cancelled 24–48 hours in advance.
- Non-refundable with less than 24 hours' notice.
- If you are more than 20 minutes late, the session will be cancelled and no refund or reschedule will be offered
Long-Term Programmes:
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, provided the first session has not taken place.
- If you choose to start the programme within these 14 days, and subsequently cancel, you will be refunded the total amount minus the value of the sessions already held (calculated at my standard Deep Dive rate) and a €50 administrative fee.
- Once the 14-day window has passed or the programme is significantly underway, no refunds are available.

Standard Rule: Full refund available up to 3 days before the programme start date.
Legal Note: If you purchase a seat less than 14 days before the start date, you agree that your right of withdrawal expires 3 days before the programme begins to allow for cohort administration.
Late Cancellations: Within 3 days of the start date, the fee is non-refundable as spots are limited and cannot be easily refilled.
Transfer: If you cannot make the dates, you may request to transfer your spot to the next available cohort if you notify me at least 48 hours before the first session.

Full Refund: Available up until 24 hours before the workshop.
Non-Refundable: Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice is non-refundable.
Access: If you miss the live session, you will still receive the recording and materials, fulfilling the service delivery.
